It sounds like your best option is to contact the primary and have him sign the server over. Or contact our support team to let us look into the status of the server.

If you are renting with NFo servers.com you can look at the "Easy setup" tab of your control panel. And enable the admin daemon there. Then the commands for it are on that page. You may want to use the quick links or mouse overs to get the list.

Glad to see you are all set if you have any further problems feel free to open a support request from the "Help!" button on the bottom left side of your control panel.

What OS are you running on your VDS, I did notice on the last build that linux was very finicky to try to run on. And 2008 r2 I could not get it to run.

Any possibility that is the cause?

I agree as well it is a nice app for smart phone users. And I was even willing to purchase it. And you can remove the sig or customize it as well. But just my personal opinion as i am not much of a forum person.
