Have you tried resyncing the webspace for the cache and added files?

That could be part of it. That ususally stops it from starting though. Something to look into though.

The best way is restarting the server. As far as the configs you could try to exec a "restart.cfg" exec server.cfg If you make a gungame.cfg But the plugins will continue running IE respawn will still be on and so on. So in short to change the game mode you would need to figure a quick way...

Configuration change would be any changes except for a location move. So adding/removing slots and so forth would lose that price.
