That is the compression storage file that contains the map within. Extract it with WinRAR or WinZip or something....

I don't think there are lo3 configs available for CA:GO because I think valve disabled the "wait' command that most of those configs used....

rcon sv_password **** works for me ingame.

Remember if you are controlling the server through the NFO panel you do not need to type "rcon".

Did you refresh your server browser to see the padlock icon?

Its not relative that anyone can get the custom maps from any public website. The fact that any person who wants to run their own Dedicated Server, could potentially use NFO's bandwidth to provide FastDL functionality without having to pay for any webhosting. It is a matter of other server owners using mine/nfo's bandwidth for map downloads. I know we are given unlimited bw, but maybe it would be in NFO's interest to protect their own as a whole?

your mapgroup is incorrect...

it should be:

mapgroup mg_stdrotation

not

mapgroup "standard"....

There is one thing I missed. Instead of having the mapgroup in the server command line, you can set it in a cfg file.

For example I have mine set in the autoexec.cfg to load my custom mapgroup and to set the starting map.

Try putting in your co_custom_convar.cfg the line

mapgroup mg_stdrotation
map cs_italy

and restarting your server. Because unless it is in your server command line or in an auto loaded cfg the server won't know what mapgroup to load other than the default.

I put mine in my autoexec.cfg file.

It is not just de_nuke_ve, and ESEA has nothing to do with it. I beleive it has something to do with the way the map is compiled, but that is yet to be confirmed. I beleive it is currently a bug that I thought was fixed with the recent update. If not then it is still a bug. My server with mp_timelimit 23, mp_maxrounds 0, and mp_halftime 0 works fine. Usually on the scoreboard it shows 10 rounds left at the start, than goes into negative rounds as the map goes...

First off the correct cvars is sv_allowdownload 1 and sv_allowupload 1

Second those commands aren't used anymore because servers are always set to default of 1.
