Managed servers get a new IP automatically for each game server you want to host on it.

Use the "+ip" launch parameter with the IP you'd like to use.

Set your domain to use the IP of your VDS as an "A record".
You should be able to use any of your IP addresses if you have multiple.

I love the theme, very nice work!

However, I see that you're using Imgur to host at least some of the icons (if not all of the new ones). I assume this is temporary? Have you also considered using Font Awesome?
