Re: Minecraft
Same song and dance that many here are likely used to. The joint nature causes some delays naturally, but there is an upgrade "planned" later this year that (very early info here) plans to increase response algorithms, enhance resource management protocols, and augment database bridging. T...

John is actually a robot. You heard it here first, but he is a joint program between Microsoft and IBM (yes IBM still exists). We have been working hard on keeping his firmware up to date as part of our commitment to quality service to all current and potential NFO customers. Please except our apolo...

Re: Payment not working?
There are a few possible reasons for this. Often, it is the bank that blocks the transaction. If you open a Help! request from your control panel, we can look into this further.

Re: Crysis 2 Ranked Game Cycle?
You can change the type and variant while keeping it ranked, but most other settings will cause it to be unranked. We explain changing the game type and variant in more detail here:

Re: Windows server app in Linux or Windows
There are also alternatives based on WINE that I have read about in the past, some of them are specifically intended for running games that may have less overhead than standard WINE. Other than that, I don't know of a way to make this happen without some sort of emulation, be it something like WINE ...

Re: l4d2 server help
The game itself only allows up to 4 players, with up to 8 players on versus mode. There are plugins available for Sourcemod what allow the game to run up to 18 players, usually the Downtown plugin combined with something else. Keep in mind that the game was not designed for more players, and the mor...

If a new game comes out that we host, or if there is anything we host at all that you want to add to your account, all you need to do is order on our order page as normal and select the option for being a new server order and already having an account. If you are logged in when you place this order,...

Re: HLTV voces record?
Are you sure they were recorded with HLTV and not something else? If so, they may have done something with the game server itself to allow it.

Re: HLTV voces record?
I'm not finding anything that allows this. In fact, it actually looks like it is not possible since HLTV is in the server as a spectator, and spectators cannot hear voice chat of active players unless alltalk is on. Most players don't like alltalk on in a scrim. You could record a demo locally and p...

I would have to agree. For some reason it wanted to play through Quicktime for me instead of WMP, so I had to install that. Pretty cool you were able to get him to record that for you though.
