Tried That But Still Have The Same Issues...Transfering Other files and even sounds are ok,but this particular one is giving me problems.

Also tried with SmartFTP and didnt allow me to transfer those hostage sounds in cstrike/sounds/hostages.

Im using winscp to transfer txt files and other sounds.
But trying to transfer custom hostage sounds to cstrike/sounds/hostage i get this error

Copying files to remote side failed.
Error storing file: Access is denied

just found a solution on phpb3 i hate to find "view_topic_html and replace this <b class="postauthor" x with this <b class="postauthor" < and it worked!.

ok...if i change my template will my catergorys and posts remain the same?

its strange but ,color codes show in peoples usernames on forums..for example style="color: ##FF000">J-English. The color works when viewing forum boards,you can see red as administrator..blue as members etc...but within when reading a post you can see peoples color codes in there username...

figured it out..in css settings >multiplayer>>HTML was disabled..i unticked and it worked!

want to add another admin to my server.

how do i do this and how can i restrict this person admin to limited menus?
