Here's what we say about HLTV in the FAQ: Q: Can you provide my clan with a HLTV for a match? A: Generally, no, we don't have the resources to provide HLTV services, except under special circumstances; HLTV is something you'd have to run yourself on your client machine (or one of your clanmembers co...

Re-executing server.cfg when you are done with your scrim should set most of the settings back.

The most popular way of watching and interacting with your server when you are not playing is a tool called HLSW. You can get it from http://www.hlsw.org/?language=English. Make sure to get the latest beta, which is needed for compatibility with the latest HLDS.

Like I said, it's under the stats manager. It is not under the file manager. The two are different tabs.

Make sure that your connection is not going through a proxy, or your stats will appear to stagnate.

Most likely not, unless there are a large amount of people who don't want to. That sentiment usually only holds up for a week or two after new CS releases.

It's in your stats manager, in the file listing.

If you wish to restart statsme, it would be that file, and it would have to exist. If you mean the website stats, you need to delete all the files in your logs/ directory on the server.

To disable a metamod plugin completely, comment out its line in addons/metamod/plugins.ini by adding two forward slashes at the beginning of that line.

You could also use admin_rcon sv_restartround 1.

You're trying admin_restartround <seconds>, right? With a number there?

Make sure that you also have plugin_cs enabled, as we mention in our FAQ.

Yes, that is a setting in the file also. In fact the default is normally WONIDs.
