Hmm, actually the plugin_cs line should make no difference ;) (admin_map is included in the admin base plugin according to http://www.adminmod.org/help/online/Adm ... mmands.htm). Still a good idea to comment it out, though, if you run a CS server.

The answer is that it's a time issue for me. I can only add features so fast and at the same time support our services, while working full time for the Army.

We used fakefull on the community servers about a year ago when they switched IPs, because everyone seems to lose track of a server when its IP changes and we weren't showing up on people's lists with an empty server. It was fairly effective, and we were able to turn it off after a couple of months.

I know that statsme 2.8 adds the ability to globally turn off announcements/etc for clan wars, so you could also try it. You can find it here: http://statsme.sf.net/statsme-2.8.0.7-cstrike.zip Here are the changes from 2.7.1 (which is the latest stable release): StatsMe 2.7.1 -> StatsMe 2.8.0 Beta 7...

If you are significantly further from Seattle than you are from LA, your InterNAP ping will most likely be higher. That is purely a distance thing -- light can only travel so fast.

Current customers may use the promotion to buy an additional server. They may not, however, use it to reconfigure a current server.

Hmm, I wonder if that is because of the force_unload.

Could you try a meta refresh and tell me if that helps?

The problem with standard unloading it is that it will reload after the next map, and it won't unload until the mapchange (so it never truly turns off). You'll likely have to use force_unload from the get-go.

Make sure you are setting both variables in your server.cfg, and then change the map, that's pretty much all I can tell you. There are no other variables that I know of
