The only way I know of that can be fixed is the way I list in the post =\.

What Shaw told you is BS, though. UUnet will not allow you to contact them directly about problems with their bandwidth; Shaw has to do it for you.

Which locations are you looking at?

In my experience Level3 servers are usually the best for East coast players, although the others should be fine as well.

You'll need a secondary funding source just in case (paypal requires it to sign up for the subscription), but if you have the funds in your paypal account it can just take them from there.

I suggest you have your friends just send you the money in paypal, then sign up for the paypal subscription.

Hmm, well I've only used admin mod, but from what I hear AMX mod takes fewer resources and supports more plugin features. Try both ;)
