I answered you in email, the server box that you are on does not have any problems. The other servers on the box are not having any issues and are not crashing. Perhaps it's some configuration or addons.

Actually it was a required update for servers and clients. As soon as you started your client it would no longer allow you to connect with servers. We tried that before updating the servers.

You can change any time with no charge for the move. The only charge would be if you are going to San Jose from hybrid in LA. The servers are less expensive on Hybrid than San Jose, so there would be a slight increase in monthly fee.
If you're on Optimized bandwidth in LA, it would be seamless.
