The answer depends on the game. Usually there is a cvar that can be used to do it, and with some games you could also delete the PB DLLs, to be particularly thorough.

Could be setting the command line parameter to 0. Or disabling it in your game servers config.

Like John said, depends on the game. What game are you trying to disable Punkbuster on?

With CoD4, I would recommend both disabling it with pb_sv_disable in the server.cfg and deleting the DLL files. Relevant: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =20&t=2841

Also for some games, in one of the pb files, there is only one line and you can change the value from =1 to =0.
