My website is stating:
"Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."
I have attempted to repair the database with no success and when I try to submit a support ticket using the panel I get an error stating:
"Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!"
All fields are filled in properly, please assist.

Are you still having this issue? I know there was a brief issue this morning that may have caused this problem for you, but I'd expect that to be resolved now.
