I just noticed my account have been hacked.
someone requested to change the email address.
I created another account to contact NFO server atm, but seems like i cant it says cannot create ticket.
My server was also re-installed to Windows from Ubuntu. I had very important files in that server.
Will NFO team recover my server back to Ubuntu? I am really confused right now
please help

You will need to contact us by sending an email to support@nfoservers.com with as much information and detail that you can provide so we can investigate.

If your VDS was re-imaged, we will not have a copy of your old files on our end. You would need to restore it from your own backups.
I recommend that you enable 2-step authentication with your email provider to help you to help prevent the case of an attacker who has compromised your personal machine from also gaining access to your email (and, by extension, other accounts, like yours here) in the future.
