Packet loss from Singapore
Have a client attempting to connect to our VDS at the Chicago location, but he is from Singapore. Ran an MTR from the server to his IP and see he has a decent amount of packet loss. Any suggestions what he can do to decrease his loss? We thought trying a rerouting program to avoid the areas where he sees the greatest loss.

Please have him send the MTR results to us directly, along with his IP address so that we can run outbound tests back to him -- support@nfoservers.com is an easy way to reach us.
