I want to start hosting my own server with a friend and Im trying to figure out if the nfo serves vds is good for gta 5 five reborn and if its good to host it

NFO VDS are top of the line. So as far as ability, that should not be an issue. If you have the server files and the game is not pirated or illegal, you should be able to host here without issues. Only thing you'll need to consider is how large of a setup you need to host your server.

If you're a new customer, I believe they have a 48 hour refund policy. So if it does not work out for you, you would get a full refund.

So how many cores should i get and can i get the pre configured one

Depends on how many slots you want to have. You can easily upgrade or downgrade to fit your needs. So you could start with a 2 core package. If it is not enough, you can add to it till you hit that sweet spot that works for what you are doing.
