i bought a webhost from nfo and would to know if anyone could help me with a step by step instruction on how to create a website? and also does it matter if im using the same host as a fast downloader for my servers?

The easiest place to start would be an autoinstaller, such as the Wordpress autoinstaller or phpBB autoinstaller. That would give you a foundation that you could modify to your liking.
It should generally be OK to combine things on the same subdomain with your fast download site, with the exception of Drupal (which installs its own .htaccess file and doesn't play well with others). But, often customers put the fast download site on our included free subdomain, in its own folder, then use their own domain name for the real website, to make it a bit cleaner.
