I'm trying to reference an open ticket i opened this evening and when attempting to view the updated information, I'm being prompted by the following:
This just started about 10 minutes ago and I briefly noticed that during a refresh, the helpdesk site became temporarily unavailable. I tried opening another ticket on this matter, but can't view the status of that ticket: 220793
I've flushed my cache, tried a different browser, to no avail.
Any thoughts on this?
This is used for general discussion that is not necessarily server-related.
