Does this mean that my server got moved to a slower machine?

Your server was moved from machine la-2-dual28-3 to la-dual24-2.

It means that our auto-balancing systems determined that your old machine reached a higher-than-acceptable CPU usage threshold, and so you were moved to a different machine with the least CPU usage.

question on that.. does that mean any ammount of downtime on when it auto switches..?

Actually, it transfers the files before it takes the server offline. Realized downtime is therefore only the amount of time it takes to create a server, which is typically 1-3 minutes.

The balancing occurs at the lowest-usage time of the day to minimize any inconvenience.
