la outage... affected?

were you affected by the outage? i heard that one of the generators failed in the datacenter and caused a 4 hour outage. did it affect you in the gardland building?

Yes, Garland went offline and our LA servers were affected by the power outage for about an hour yesterday.

herd one of the generators blew up... LoL someone got fired.... thats why you do maintenance to make sure everything is working.

Aye, we were less than pleased. We haven't heard any specifics other than that the generators failed.
