Hello, new here!!
Hi, i run a dod source clan and we have 2 servers with clanservers. The lag and high ping spikes are getting really bad.. We a re currentlly looking for a new server provider. We need a 30 man public and a 14 man private dod source with NO lag in chicago... Tell me why your company should get our business... thanks

Almost every game server company is better than clanservers.Yuck.You'll like it here I conclude for my opinion this is the best game server company out there.There has really been no other company to fulfill my highest expections so I don't even bother looking.NFo is just at where I draw the line to best game server provider, see you around beerman.
I've hosted games with quite a few companies now over the past 5 years. I've had BF1942 (DC) servers here for over 2 years now. The thing that separates these guys from everyone else is the service.
You can get a response via live chat, IRC and email. I've only used IRC once, the rest of the time I used email because the response time was so good.
In over two years I've had to go to support mebbe 6 or 7 times and it was not so much for problems as much as needing changes etc.

The people here are good people. At one time, honestly speaking, I felt I was not being treated right while problem solving something on the server. That person sent me an unsolicited apology and the relationship has been stellar ever since.
I won't bother going into detail about all the bad things that have happened at the 6 or 7 other server companies I have hosted with. You're already experiencing that yourself.
