Anti-cheat program

does anyone know of a programmer that could develop a program along the lines of cevo's cmn3 anti-cheat system?

what the program does is the user logs into it with his/her username and password that they registered with on the league's website and then shows them what matches they have coming up and they select which specific match they are going into and then load the game up and while they're playing the match the program detects background programs that are running to make sure they arent running separate programs for hacks.

CEVO LLC is the developer of cevo so i highly doubt they will develop a separate anti-cheat system for a different league. So with that being said if anyone can put me in touch with a programmer it would be greatly appreciated.

I used to be part of a site www.nato-ladder.com, and they had a coder who coded their own anti-cheat for tac-ops on the unreal engine. Just go there and pm Rogue, he might be able to help you.
