denial of service attack question

I have a managed vds and the event log always says "against a customer"...can you identify which customer it is? If it is me I would like to be able to know that, I may shut down my trade server or take a more active approach in adding IPs of banned players to the firewall rules.

When mitigating a (D)DoS attack, our first step is always to identify the IP (and thus the customer) being attacked. We let that customer know individually that he or she has been hit, in addition to the more general post that we make for anyone else who may have been affected.
