It is unlikely you will find someone willing to work for free :/ Your only option may be to post what you are wanting done and see if someone is willing to do a little pro bono.

The only way somebody is going to code for free is if you convince them that your idea is absolutely epic, and they themselves want to use it.

I'd suggest you go to the Bukkit forums & lay out your idea in great detail. Maybe someone will take an interest, maybe not.

Thing is... I'm going to do most of the code. But sometimes doing everything by yourself doesen't work- so thats why I want to "hire" a coder. It doesent take much knowledge of Java to code bukkit plugins. They make it nice and easy for you.

Java was my first language. It has been a very long time since I did anything with it, and I don't know much about the libraries, but if you want some help, I'm good at reading code.
