Ok, check me out.

I apply for my server around 11pm Pacific time, no biggy. Most people are going to bed, but not for me I spent the night programing my site and stuff for my new clan.

Around 12, I get back a reply from Edge saying asking for the 2 day trial. So i reply.

AROUND 4AM, I get the reply back and my server is already up.

HOW CRAZY IS THAT?

Edge, there isn't a word that can describe how AMESOME your customer support is. Ive rented from probably a dozen server providers, but your service is beyond the best.

And your Control Panel for your servers, is so easy to use compared to any other server companies mumbo jumbo ftp script.

THANKS ALOT, I think i'll be seeing myself as a Nuclear Fallout customer for life!

Yep yep mine setup was pretty much the same way for me back in Nov when i sgined up.

Yep.. Same here.. Edge seems to reply at all hours of the night or day.. The best service I have ever had!!!!!

I have to agree, the service I received tonight was amazing!!

Edge is the coolest robot ive ever met >:) There has been jokes before about how in Edge's baby pictures you would see a computer screen in front of him and him on irc and checking his emails.

The timing was impecable. In a measly hour and a half i had my server up and running but the control panel link is unavailable so I cant do anything yet which sux0rs cause I am impatient.

I'm not seeing any servers that have subscriptions in paypal but were not created. Please email us and tell us your identifier so that we can check on it.
