Just want to express clan -[Inc]'s appreciation to the NFO group! We've rarely had to ask for help or make changes, but anytime an email or in IRC channel - assistance was always provided within a timely manner (normally within 30 minutes) and with exceptional quality.

The customer service level is awesome, technical expertise is great, and they always attempt to accomodate the server renters.

We've been a customer for almost two-year I think, maybe shortly less, but I think it's about time we expressed our thanks and appreciation to one of the best server rental companies out there. (Cant speak for other rental companies cuz we didnt bother)
