I can't say how pleased my clan has been with NFO since we joined with the company. It's been the most amazing experience compared to the value server providers I've had in the past.
We have 4 servers with NFO and if I could afford it, i'd get more.

Control Panel is the best. Even easier than being at the server itself.
Server quality is great... "Not a Wal-Mart server."
