Just thought I'd drop a line.. I was looking for a vent on October just for friends and stuff(cheap) and after looking arround and checking prices & codecs this was the one I found... have only been down 2 times and only for like 5 mins (one was on dec 31 and there was a guy on live chat LOL. anyways keep up the good work NFO.

The December 31st downtime was a very annoying one. The machine crashed right at midnight UTC, so I believe it was a problem with one of the Linux libraries and very similar to what brought down every Zune.
