If you edited the file, you may have inadvertently caused the errors -- in that case, redownload it and go through the steps again.

If you didn't, it is possible that the script is incompatible with the latest version of admin mod or has a bug. Look for a new version; if you can't find one, you can try contacting the author of the script.
