I purchased an NFO VDS, how do I create a TeamSpeak3 Server on it to use on the TeamSpeak3 Client? A full tutorial would be helpful

As for Windows, it's even easier. You really just need to download the server and double click it. It can be configured further, but for a quick and easy setup it'll do.
