Red Orchestra 2 Rank Program?

So im trying to configure my RO2 server to get ranked,its still showing un ranked in my web admin.
I have repaired,reinstalled wipe etc,i have enabled punkbuster etc.

still no joy.

On TWI forums,they said i need to fill in the ranked server program.
Is this a new thing?

All of our IP addresses should be in the ranked system already. Please open a support request and have it sent to me so that I can ask them if the block you are on needs to be fixed.

I just find it strange if or why TWI have decided to un-rank my server since it used to be ranked.

TWI is going down the same slippery slope so many other developers have. Stupidity seems to be the new trend.
