After you added the maps and whatnot to your server did you go to the "websync" tab and click on "sync files now"? If not, do that now. Wait 5-10 minutes and reboot your server.

when i go to the websync it says " To provide fast in-game downloads by automatically syncing your server's files to a webspace you control, please go into the Domains page of a webspace and add either a free provided subdomain or a 3rd party domain you have purchased. As long as that domain points to a valid folder on the webserver afterwards (which it will by default), you'll be able to then use an automatic sync tool here to set up web-based downloading for the game server."

Ok. Go to the "Domains" in your websites control panel and setup the provided subdomain.
