Looking for someone to help me mod my ET server

Ive done a crap ton of research on how to figure out how to setup my configs and get the server to recognize my command lines but nothing seems to be working.. Im running on a Windows Server ET Version 2.6 with NoQuarter mod installed but will to switch to jaymod if itll make it easier

Im looking for someone trustworthy and experience in modding Enemy Territory I have gotten the bots to work from my previous post but now having what seems to be mod problems with setting new commands and the server will not recognize it

Just looking for help bc i dont know what else to do

Also cannot seam to post this in the game servers knowledgebase due to the fact there is nothing resembling Enemy Territory in those forums so im having to do this here
