What are you using to upload? Are you getting error messages?

if this is a cs 1.6 server, then all these maps are listed here, already installed:

http://rentals.nuclearfallout.net/rent. ... eral-hl#11

if its a source, cz or dod server, the default maps are already on there, just hidden and hardlinked.

upload only customs not already on the server and you should be fine :)

I download the cs_assault map from the Internet for CS1.6, and use SpawnPointEditor to modified it to support 32 players. After that, I upload that cs_assault map to my maps folder, but I was unable to see the map that I just uploaded... and my server won't use that 32 players map...

Thats because cs_assault is already on there, just hardlinked and hidden like Nick said so you won't be able to modify it as all the servers on that box use the same files to load from for default maps. If you realy need to change it then you might try emailing them asking for access to that file.

The best way to add or change the spawn points on a map is to use stripper2, rather than editing the map itself.
