Hiya,
late 4/20 early 4/21, our CS:S server is expiriencing issues with going down and restarting by itself a lot. I'm also getting a message that the server health cannot be determined. When the server is up, the pings/lag is pretty bad. Normally, it rocks! Could this be yet another attack?

Yes, unfortunately that's what it was. We had a DDoS attack in LA that affected about 33% of our servers in LA, essentially taking them offline (while the others did not feel the attack at all). I have made a post in the event log about this now.
We are working on automatic systems to block this sort of attack automatically in the future.
