how do u change default interp people cant change thier interp off coming into our server

You have hlguard installed which locks interp to the default setting of .1. You can either disable hlguard completely or disable the interp section of it. Currently we have been advising people to disable hlguard completely as about half of hlguard was broken in a past update for HL1 engine. It will be fixed in a hlguard version thats coming out soon (it is in the beta stages).

Any idea when that's coming out? I've been trying to figure out why i had .1 interp all day long.

Automated configs have already been released to fix most issues related to alias checking. You can disable ex_interp locking by editing these two files: addons/hlguard/config/cstrike/hlg_cvars.cfg and addons/hlguard/config/hl/hlg_cvars.cfg. Delete the hlg_conncommand "ex_interp 0.1;alias ex_interp" line in both of those configs and then save them both. Restart the gameserver from server control and ex_interp will be unlocked.
