When I try to enter certain parts of the forum they don't go

Like if I try to log out I will get a "connection failed" according to my browser while my connection is fine and I am POSITIVE it is. This happens when the control panel is trying to be accessed, logging in, out, etc..

It looks like this is a pretty old install, but still not used much. Have you tried clearing it out and reinstalling?

You do not need to access the forum to do an upgrade. Please refer to phpbb's site at http://www.phpbb.com for files and upgrade instructions.

I couldn't join my site either from Monday nite until Tuesday around 1pm when the problem was repaired. That might have been your problem as well.

I fixed it. It seems I didn't have to update anything just match the forum address with the server.
