I don't see help in the control panel.

The "Help!" button is on every page in the control panel . Just look near the bottom on the left.

Sure, that would help in troubleshooting this. You should send this in directly instead of using the forum, though.

Right now im so pissed. My company wont respond my support ticket, my server didnt run I reinstalled and freaking status disabled and its been disabled for like 5 hours!!

Also if my server doesnt run because I added a plugin they do not provide support for 3rd party addons/mods since we are not the developers of the mod.

We do support many 3rd party plugins directly, and for those we do not support, we still help with how to follow the installation steps, including how to use the FTP, how to add the .vdf, and so on.

We respond to support requests within minutes here.
