Awful routing within Atlanta

I play on one of your servers located in Atlanta from time to time and I ping pretty poorly considering I live less than 3 hours away.

Comcast has been having lots of issues in Atlanta recently. It is recommended that you submit a support ticket at support@nfoservers.com. They should be able to get Internap to reroute the connection from the server to you.

Yes, the problems with Comcast are bad enough in the southeast that I even posted on Facebook about it =\. They are having a peering dispute with Cogent, it seems. We should be able to route around the problem for your destination if you contact us directly.

yah about 10:00ish EST server ping times went way up. I live in ATL and normal get an 11ms ping, I was at 67-90ms.

Comcast and Verizon, in particular, are having many problems recently in multiple locations. It would be best for you to email us directly so that we can take a look at your personal routing.
