Issues with ULX Global Bans

Hello, I am having troubles with ULX Global bans. I am 99% the issue is the MySQL settings, first of all when I ban someone it doesn't transfer to the websites ban list. Secondly when I use ULX Global bans it crashes the server every 50 seconds or more. So the main issues are basically It doesn't transfer the bans to the website then it crashes the server. Any help would be much appreciated.
( This issue is more on the server so I posted it here I was gonna do it in Webhost but I felt this board was better )

The one time I used global bans it broke my utime database and everyone lost their hours on my server. Maybe I got bad luck but from my experience global ban isn't worth it.
