Unknown Error

I am getting a unknown script error.
I did not have this error before switching over to NFO.

Is this a Garrysmod server on an unmanaged service? Have you re-validated your files using SteamCMD?

How would I revalidate my files via NFO control panel?

To have your files revalidated, unless you have a managed VDS, you will need to submit a support ticket and request that they run their file verification system on your server.
