Windows 2008 R2 System Time
I notice that when there is a server reboot my system time is set to pacific time, yet the time zone is set to central time. It is a central time server (Chicago). How do I go about ensuring that the system time correctly reflects the central time after a server reboot without having to go in and manually set it each time? Thanks.

The machine that it's running on should be set to the correct timezone, but if you need to adjust it manually, you can also do that, through the "Server control" page. There is a set of advanced options at the bottom of the page that include time adjustments.
(Please also contact us to let us know to check the machine's timezone.)

Re: Windows 2008 R2 System Time
I went through and corrected a few machines that had the wrong timezone just now in response to this. The changes likely won't take effect until the next full machine reboot, though.

My vds was set to central time zone, which is correct, but the time itself was actually in line with the pacific time zone.

Yes, that is what I interpreted your message to have said.

Ah, ok. Thanks!
