Remote Desktop Issues - Can't Connect

Post by .=QUACK=.Major.Pain »

Not sure what is going on, but our ip is 74.91.119.182 but in the control panel, it's saying remote desktop ip is 74.91.113.124.

It won't allow connection to either.

You have two IPs added to your VDS. Assuming both are properly added to the network adapter, both should work for RDP.

That was it.

Seems my ip changed and I only had access for my old ip.

Thanks for the assistance.

Did you order a Windows OS on your server?

Check the "IP List" tab in your control panel, try all IPs there under the "IP" column(not netmask or gateway).
