Need clarification on TOS

It would be breaking the TOS to sell gameservers hosted on my vds to friends right?

The closest rule I could find in the tos is this line.

Use the webhosting to facilitate duplicating any service that Nuclearfallout provides in another capacity

But that's only in the webhosting category. Do virtual dedicated servers also fall under the webhosting category?

Also, would it matter if they paid via in game Team Fortress items such as keys and hats?
As I've got a friend that occasionally asks me to rent him a Team Fortress server or voice server. He doesn't have a paypal so he buys steam gift cards and then buys tf2 keys to give to me.

Figured now that I own a vds it would a better idea to host it on that.

If you accept donations or payments outside of our system, we do not regulate those.
