MW3 Server shows Off-Line

Hey all,
We have multiple servers here, but one of our MW3 shows to be off line all the time, but it is up and running.
When I check the status tab, I get...

"This server does not appear to be online. It could be changing maps or it could be completely down."

I put in a support ticket, and they suggested I post here.
(as I don't know what files or information help will require, I won't clutter the post just yet... Please advise what is needed, and I will add it)

I'm not sure why they told you to post here, as this sounds like something I'd have to take a look at directly, if it's in our regular system.

A couple of possibilities are that it's being flooded with queries or that it has our webserver banned.

If you changed the query port of the server in the config, the panel will not recognize this, as it is programmed to utilize the default query port of the game.

Have you changed ports at all?

I learned this the hard way with my minecraft server.

I personally, haven't changed it, but also, I am picking up where another left off.
I will compare the config files of the two servers again.

I found out from someone here that the command line was changed to try to rectify the lag issue. I'm not sure what they actually did... sigh

Command line changes are logged. You can view the "Managed" tab in your control panel to see a log of what was changed.
