Null Routed Server for 2 days?

Post by killabotcz »

One of the servers on my VDS has been null routed for going on two days now.
Anything we can do to get it going?

Do you mean a continuous null route, or it has been repeatedly null routed?

As John has said many times, null routes are reviewed manually to look for anything that can be done to prevent the need for it in the future.

If your server is in Atlanta and was nulled it will need to remain nulled for 24 hours to prevent collateral damage. If you see frequent attacks you will need to heavily consider moving to our Chicago location, which is much better equipped to handle attacks.
