Difficulty Hosting TeamSpeak 3 server on Windows 2012 R2 VPS

So I downloaded the files from TeamSpeak on to my VPS and I opened these ports: 9987, 10011, and 30033 and I still can not connect to my Teamspeak server. I also have unblocked the application in my firewall and no luck, any help you give is appreciated thanks!

What OS are you using on your VPS?
