How to achieve an OPEN NAT on Xbox 360/One?

I am stuck on moderate and sometimes it affects gameplay/connectivity to other players.

The connection itself is fine, just the NAT is on moderate which makes sense since I'm running a VPN.

I just wanna know if there is a way to have an OPEN NAT while on the VPN.
