hello,

i have one dedicated server for play pugs with my friends online and LAN.

128 ticket with fx 6300 (clocked to 4.1, no turboost), 8gb ddr3, ubuntu 14.04 64 bits and 10 slots.

my var is 0.20~0.30 with 10 players.
how to reduce?
