Teamspeak 3 Doesn't run?

I recently rented a Full machine running the Windows RS 2012 Server software from NFO and decided to install a TS3 server on it. I did the usual install procedure of downloading it straight from the TS3 website (64-bit Windows version) and opened the bootup. It gave me the usual login information, but the Server Admin Token or "Privilege Key" did not generate. I read the logs and a disturbing error appeared. Maybe someone intelligent here could interpret.
