softether install issues

hi i had 2 servers a couple months ago and i had no issue install softether vpn server on those im running ubuntu 18.04 but i changed my os to 16.04 and still had this issue this is what i receive when running the make command (its pretty long) i do agree to eula also

fixed by switching to centos idk why ubuntu wasnt working oh well change your os to centos if anyone else is having this issue
